MZCLA is a creative project based in Amsterdam, focused on hands-on experiences that bring people together through making, culture, and shared moments.
The name MZCLA comes from mezcla — the idea of mixing cultures, people, traditions, and stories.
Inspired by Mexican traditions and shaped by the mix we carry, our workshops feel warm, playful, and human — more like a creative get-together than a formal class.

Do I need any prior experience to join a workshop?
Not at all. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and we guide you step by step.
What’s included in the price?
All materials + tools are included, plus a welcome drink (wine or alcohol-free) and small snacks.
How long does the workshop last?
Around 2 hours. (Exact timing is listed on each workshop page.)
What should I wear?
Anything comfy that you don’t mind getting a tiny bit of glue on. We keep it pretty clean.
What languages are the workshops in?
English (Spanish-friendly).
How many people are usually in a workshop?
Small groups only — usually up to 12 people, so it feels cozy and personal.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. After that, tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to a friend at any time. If MZCLA cancels, you’ll receive a full refund.
Do you offer private workshops or events?
Yes! Perfect for birthdays, kids parties, team events, and friend gatherings. Send us a message and we’ll tailor it to your group.
Is there an age limit for workshops?
This edition is for adults. Workshops designed for kids/families will be clearly marked on the workshop page.
